Reviewing Your Order
Please be sure to review your order before you finish making your purchase. Because we want to ship you your order as soon as we can, there is only a 30-minute window to cancel or modify your order.
Order Confirmation
After you place an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. Your order number will be included. We encourage you to save the email for your records.
Ship Confirmation
We will email you as items in your order ship.
Track My Order
Use the Track My Order feature to check the status of your purchase.
Purchase History
Sign in and visit My Account to view and manage your purchase history.
My Saved Items
The My Saved Items feature allows you to:
- Keep a list of the items you're thinking about buying
- Email them to a friend for a second opinion or to drop a hint
The items will remain under your My Saved Items until the next time you visit the site, as long as the items are still in stock.
My Saved Items is not the same thing as your Cart. When you decide to purchase an item, you must move it from My Saved Items to your Cart to complete your order.
